Shipping & Returns
We always ship with the United States Postal Service. Every order comes with tracking which will be sent via email.
All ears are sent in sturdy protective boxes packed with bubble wrap and packing paper. If your order ever comes damaged because of the post, please contact the store immediately!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not take returns. In the event that you're unhappy with your ears and there are pre-made ears available in the shop that are equal or higher value, email the shop and we can discuss exchanges (+ payment of difference if higher).
